Welcome to ChosenRay. By accessing or purchasing from this website you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Products

Our pieces are hand-crafted 4D light art, made to order. Because each piece is produced individually, slight variations in color, finish and the glow effect are normal and are not defects. We make every effort to display product images accurately, but your screen may render colors differently.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is collected at checkout through Razorpay and the card networks. Your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully authorized.

4. Custom & personalized orders

For custom pieces you are responsible for the accuracy of the content you submit (verse text, spelling, and any photo). We produce custom pieces based on what you provide. As these are made uniquely for you, custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned except where they arrive damaged or defective (see our Refund Policy).

5. Shipping

Orders are made to order and typically ship within 5–7 business days, with delivery times varying by destination. Shipping is free on US orders over $75. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery.

6. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — designs, images, text and the ChosenRay name and logo — is our property or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced or resold without our written consent.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or others' rights, or to transmit harmful code. We may refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChosenRay is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
